2005 Evo 8. Passenger side signal lamp bulb and the marker lamp bulb are out. My question is from reading the other HID replacement threads is that I need to take off the bumper to gain access to the rear of Headlamp assembly? (2) bolt accessible from the top with (2) bolts not accessible beneath the bumper?

Please confirm if this is the only way.
