But Basically:

- Remove Battery (disconnect it first obviously) and tray with 12MM and 10MM sockets
- Locate stock bushings. They're a little north of the battery tray edge facing the firewall.
- Remove and save both cotter pins (Use needle nose pliers) and washers from stock bushings. If you drop them, they are a pain because they can get caught in the under tray.
- Take cable and bushing off of tranny linkage pins. Should slide right off.
- To remove stock bushings, take a screw driver and place it in the hole in the middle of the bushing and leverage it to turn the little rubber bushing sideways. It is easy to push out from that point.
- IMPORTANT. First, lightly grease the bushings to prevent seizing. Second, install the new Buschur bushings onto the pins and THEN but the cable on the bushing. Not on the cable and then the pin. I could never make it fit that way.
- Install E clips onto bushings by pushing hard or squeezing with a large wrench.
- Reinstall washers and cotter pins.
- Reinstall battery and tray. Reconnect battery.

PM me for specifics. I did this install a few days ago so it is still fresh in my mind, but it is hard explaining in text.
