I used to freak out whenever I saw an Evo on the road..the car i've loved since I was in high school and first saw one on the road. I'm still shocked that i own one now and my girlfriend thinks it's funny that everything i get in and start driving ,I get a huge smile on my face.

 

Get a 9..I had the option of buying a brand new one when i was at the dealership buying my 9 couple of days ago..my mom who went w/ me was like u should get the new one since there is a little difference in the price...I looked at her and i was like u crazyyyy

 

I will deff take a road trip if i find the one for me. And thanks for the offer, if i didnt live in seattle, and live in Wis, i would deff would like to ride in it! Thanks for all the input guys, keep it coming!!!!

 

yep i still yell out "evo" although i own one, jus w8 til u get urs and drive then you'll be happy

 

yeah i do get that feeling to. i get the same way i live in missouri and i dont see many evo's around only at dealerships sometimes.

 

I was obsessed with evos for years for before finally getting my own. For some reason I didn't see that many on the road (even living in San Jose and Chicago) so whenever I did see one I was just fascinated. If I saw one in a parking lot, I'd just sit there looking it over for a long time, imagining what it would be like to own one. Even sitting next to an evo in traffic standing still was cool because I could hear (and sometimes feel) the idle and exhaust. I test drove a ww 8 rs and loved it but couldn't get one until 2 years later.

Now, almost every time I walk up to the car I still get that feeling in my stomach like "wow" I FINALLY have one.

 

Every once in a while I see an Evo and take a longer-than-I-should look at it.

Non Evo owner, but I am getting more serious everyday about possibly buying one. When they first came out I was very excited about them. The only person I really know that owns one would not give me a ride in his even after asking a couple times.

I finally gave up on him and decided I needed to take one for a test drive myself. So that's what I did. Bad mistake because now I want one even more and know I'm not quite in the position to buy yet.

 

im a non evo driver( i drive a 2000 eclipse turbo).....i graduated from highschool a year ago and since i was in my freshmen year i start loving the evo's!!!,everytime i see one in the street i just go crazy,i love every angle of it,every detail,i simply love EVO'S!!!!, they are so sexy!!!,sooner or later im goin to get one,i cant wait for the day that i will have my own evo,for know i will just stick with my eclipse(fun car to drive once its turbo =)....

 

I sold mine on friday.. saw it on saturday and almost cried!

 

I've had mine for about a year, our 1st anniversary is Thursday actually, and I still stare at other evos I see until I can't see them anymore. . .

 

i live in Miami and i see Lambo's & ferarri's every day.. and its cool.. but when i see a nice evo... im pretty much in love!

 

before I got my evo every time I saw one I would amazed. Now That I have mine I cant stop looking at her, everyday is like the first day I got her!

The very first day I got her, I got sooo many compliments from non-evo drivers every time I stopped somewhere I heard "nice car." Driving around I saw other evo drivers waving,high beaming, and giving a . I had a few problems from the dealership about the car, but after the first day and the dealership finally coming to their senses I kept the car.

 

i get excited seeing another evo and i wave only to get shot down because the other evo owner i wave to looks at me funny....go fig

 

I love seeing other evos- Don't see too many of them around where I live but the people I work with always seem to see them more than I do. They come to work and tell me "Hey I saw a (insert color here) car just like yours, it had evolution on the back, but I like your blue better"

 

I've only had my evo for about 5 months and its still hard to walk away from it without a double take and a smirk.
