Think you guys have warranty?? Look at this

Well most of you know that mitsu does not have any sort of warranty. They offer it to you and will tell you when you buy the car but when something very minor goes wrong you will not have that warranty you were told. But here is the deal. I go into a semi local dealership to have my transmission looked at. There is a 5th gear grind. The tech goes on a test drive says yep it is the synchro just as i told him it was before we left. Well funny thing is i went round and round with them when my tcase went out when even the Case manager supervisor got involved and said the tcase did not go out due to the parts on the vehicle. I see this on one of their shop doors. Now keep in mind I have never saw this before at ANY other dealership and this one shared kia with it but only had this for mitsu. I find it very sickening.

3rd party arbitration has been a the quid pro quo for a long time. Disputes handled in a court of law cost too much to arbitrate.

A lot of businesses use a third party arbitrator as a form of alternate dispute resolution.

I find it sickening due to the fact that this is basically saying you do not have a warranty specially when it says there is an application sheet in your glovebox!

I think he did. "Quid pro quo" means "something for something", but he probably meant to say that it's the current standard (status quo)...

I knew what he was getting at though LOL...

I don't understand how people expect to get coverage on everything after they've modded the car.

Gotta pay to play. My dealer covered everything that went wrong with my car while it was stock/close to stock, They still probably will, but i don't expect it with all the mods.
