Air temperature from turbo to IC question

How hot does the LICP normally gets up to?

I installed my Nisei LICP and there is this rubber hose hanging down (going down then up) there that sits on top of the LICP. I'm not sure what that is (maybe AC or oil hose). I can put it in fron or back of the LICP but it still kind of sit on it (contact).

Will the LICP get so hot to damage that hose?

Thanks,
gunhaha

The air coming out of the turbo can be 300F+ degrees. So the LICP can get pretty warm....

The outlet of the turbo has a rubber hose connected to it for the boost signal to the boost controller dosn't it?? So I believe that something else rubber touching it would not be affected by simple logic.
