just got home from work and happened to see that lame show "pass time" on speed vision. i guess a gameshow to guess people's Et. anyway, a guy in a yellow 03 evo is on the show. claims its a bolt on, stock turbo car running a race gas tune. and 30psi. the contestants didnt seem to know what it was. one even asked if it was an automatic

anyway he lines up. hes on the two-set and wouldnt you know it, he breaks. sucks for that guy, but damn, way to rep the evo community. the one time ive seen an evo on one of these shows and hes getting pushed off the line.

 

they had a silver 9 on there before with a 30r. he ran an 12.80 but he bogged like crazy off the line

there was a blue VIII on there with a claimed 420hp to the wheels and he ran a 12.8. these guys blow.

I saw two black evos run the combo round last night.

I have seen 2 evos on that show, both have went really slow for what they said they had

thats crazy cause i was running 12.6's all day long with stock turbo and stock boost..........something is for sure not right with those drivers...

Yea, all that engineering went into the awd system and suspension geometry to just go 1320 feet in a straight line...

If your just driving your Evo in a straight line, your missing the fun smart guy...
