IX just sputtered and now wont run Help!

IX just sputtered and now wont run Help!

Ok I was driving the other day and my Evo just started sputtering and would not rev over 2k rpm. then it just stop running and wont fire now. My first reaction was that is had water in the gasoline, I had just washed it a few days ago at an auto wash. Since then i have checked the fuel pump fuel going to the fuel rail, spark and the plugs look as though it was running lean and its all looks good why wont it run? The mod list is TBE bushur intake and act clutch, and 255 fuel pump. Please help me out. It has to be something just redicous. I couldnt imagine the ECU or the Injectors going bad all of a sudden. Is there some sort of fail safe?

sounds like u blew an intercooler pipe off...
or spark plugs are bad

Sounds like an intercooler house popped off since it sputtered and wont rev over 2k. I dont know why it wouldnt start though

It was boosting fine before all of this and popping an intercooler line wouldnt cause it to not run. Thanks The car was running perfectly fine and then i stopped somewhere came back out and it took and extra crank before fire and i was like damn thats odd then not even a mile down the road it starts to sputter and idle all iratic and would not revv past 2 k. Almost as if it was running out of gas but it has gas its pumping fuel. Has spark and the plugs are fairly new with a white burn like its running lean and the other day the headers were glowing in the dark as if it was running lean also. To me it is just seems as a lack of fuel issue anyone know of some kind of fail safe or something else i could check. Well thanks for the help

An I/C pipe off could cause it not to run, I have seen it plenty of times. There is no fail safe that will shut down injectors without a CEL. At least check for a blown off I/C pipe. Your manifold glowing in the dark is normal when the turbo was being boosted and dosn't imply a lean condition.
