There are still tons of 9s out there. You need to look a little harder. Sometimes its worth extending your search area.

I'm looking for a IX but I've gotta get it from a dealer because I've got a trade. Anywhere other than California that anyone knows about (closer to the east coast)???

we can normally get people financed well enough to add in some mods and keep you at one payment

Each of our evo's, though normally stock, comes with a basic CBRD reflash also.

i flew to ohio to pick up my 2002 WS6 and drove it back in a little over 9hrs....on 2hrs of sleep. i was willing to go that far to get a sunset orange metallic WS6 fully loaded in mint condition with 14k miles on it.....when it comes time to buy MY evo ix, i'll do the same thing if i have to.

Just find a car you like for the right price and buy it.
Exactly! I know of very few bone-stock Evos anymore. They're very solid vehicles. We've seen 150+k miles already on the VIIIs without a problem. They've only been here 5 years, so you're not going to have a bunch of cases of crazy high mileage.
