hi, i joined a few months ago, since ive always been in love with the evo. i recently came accross a deal. i live in Trinidad and Tobago which is in the caribbean. i am getting a Lancer Evolution VII but it has some minor damages. the front got a lil hit, lights were borken and intercooler was damaged. the front was replaced with a new nose cut. what i need to do with the car b4 i can drive it?


1) the engine is currently out. the original owner took out the engine, nothing was cut (wires etc), everything was taken out as a whole. so the engine will need to be re installed and re wired. also the transfer case and gearbox needs to be installed.

2) front lights, bumper and intercooler etc will need to be re installed.

3) tail lights will need to be re installed.

4) i would like to check over the suspension and brakes etc, all major parts that may have been affected by the hit the car got.



wanted to know, where to start. im getting it at a steal of a deal, this is why i decided to take it. i made a down payment on it today and will be paying the owner monthly.


wanted to know if you can point me in the right direction for this project. the owner already sourced the parts so its just to install. thank you. never really posted much here so please move this post or point me in the right direction.
