Need help, friends car has whitish gray smoke from exhaust

We have been trying to figure this out. His car is smoking white from the tailpipe under accel. We checked the turbo and there wasn't oil residue, checked the plugs, no oil there either. It's throwing a code from the o2 sensor, but the afr's seem normal (bout 11 at wot). Other than the smoke it feels normal. He got pulled over today due to the smoking. Can anyone give us a suggestion? Thanks in advance!!!

Blew your head gasket, and anti-freeze and maybe a little oil is seeping into your combustion chambers...
White smoke = Coolant
Black/Blue smoke = Oil
Greyish = Mixture of both..
