sounds like oil to me if it is blue. If it is white then anti-freeze or whatever you have in your radiator. Check your coolant level.

Mine use to do the same, think it was my valve seals, after I changed my head and put in new ones it has stopped.
I got an EvoIII though.

If you are not using oil and not losing coolant then it must be products of combustion whatever it looks like. If you don't like it the solution is to run a cat.

if it were valve seals then would it make any odd noises at idle? such as tapping or clicking? and when i have a cold start the car runs like **** for a couple of seconds...so i pulled the plugs and one of them were wet with oil. so i took a flashlight and looked in the spark plug hole and i can see oil on the top of the piston.

Valve seals are made of rubber and they don't make noise. The usual signs of bad valve seals are a puff of smoke at start and hazy exhaust at idle.
