i think we should keep gas prices where they are if not raise them, thus cutting our dependence on crude oil, which would then make the middle eastern countries realize who is boss.

GO ALT energy!

Why dont you just sell the EVO, save up some gas money and buy yourself a a 4 second Telsa Sports car for around 100k. Now thats smart, im sure the upgrade scene for those things is about as big as penny, but hey you can still go fast off a couple of thousand batteries

$4.26/gallon in Georgia. I'm buying a daily driver soon. This isn't to save $10-15 at the pump, but something to throw miles on. I drive a lot. Probably 25-30K a year.

[Side note: People complain about gas, but I see Hybrid SUVs driving around with only one person inside that get worse gas mileage than my 300+ WHP Evo. I get 26 MPG on the highway, with plenty of pulls in between. People should get smaller cars, buy less gas, and decrease the general demand. Did anyone take economics? ]

Yeah, CNN showed a gas station out in Death Valley ,California that had the price for gas at something like $5.60 a gallon. So it's already hit over 5 bucks a gallon .

We wonder why we have rising fuel costs when there is no shortage of oil anywhere. Its just the middle east showing us that i guess were two faced. Its ok to drill anywhere else, whether it be in the ocean or across the sea but when it comes to the US having to drill into their own soil it becomes a big problem. Why ? I wish I knew myself more politics than anything I am sure. The biggest problem being that Bush is in office with his own personal agenda seeing his family is involved in the oil industry.

I did last week hear that some federal office is supposed to look into the rising price of gas and why. And the profits of all these oil companys.

I dunno i havent payed for gas on a regular basis due to the lack of no license but you just gotta deal with it and not bother even looking. as for e-85 being the way to go I dont see it being a fix to our problems but it ends up costing the same if not less seeing the gas prices keep going up. But atleast its a way for use to make some more power much more safely.
