Front license plate

Has anyone found a good solution to mounting the front plate? My car came without a plate holder, so I am looking for creative ideas or a stock piece to pass inspection. Thanks for any help!

You can move to Pennsylvania, we don't have a front plate . But overall I saw people putting front plate using some straps and strapping it to the bumper

If you have to buy one, take a look at

Beatrush License Plate Bracket for Evo 9

Note you will have to drill holes for a USDM plate as this is JDM, but it looks better then the stock oversized hunk of black plastic.

Is this on your Eclipse or an Evo?

Mitsu sells the front plate holders at your local dealerships, that's probably the easiest way.

don't use double sided tape, over time it will tear and wear off, cleanest way is just drilling into the bumper just like how some evos come with, they have pre drilled holes in front right side of the bumper, i would say that's the right way of doing it

evo 8, the top bracket is fine, not sure about the down bracket and not sure if it is needed. you can either get one and try or just bend a copy of the top bracket out of some thin aluminum and get a couple of well nuts to attach it to the bumper
note if you don't have anything, you will have to get some well nuts and drill holes in the plastic part of the bumper to hold anything

btw it is a Beatrush part sold by Kamispeed

I have one on my TB here in Florida. I hate it and we don't need it.

If you can take it off, it's yours for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!
