With only 15k miles on your odometer spark plugs are not a necessity to change prior to your tune. You state you have a IX but your profile says you have an VIII. Which one is true?

As far as getting a copy of your stock rom you can either take a thumb drive with you or just have him e-mail it to you.

I would definitely do a boost leak test prior to your tune though.

I'm very astonished that you all have held back on a true bbq grilling. Must be very hard.

I'm sure somebody already answer this question already but if not, you can get a tactrix cable for about $98 and copy the OEM ROM but if you sent your ECU out or already take it for the tune, I don't know how they do it. I did mine with Street Tuned by 4 Wheels Slide. I'm enjoying it except I have to always look out of cops because most times I'm going over the speed limit Got mine tuned for $150 plus I have to buy the cable so you can say around $250 but the cable is yours to keep so whenever you want to flash back to stock, you can do it anytime!

bbyevo8u, I don't understand why you have a 477 post count and have been a member on here since June of 2005 but yet you ask questions of a straight up newbie! You really need to search and read.

^^^exactly +1. I'm just wondering what your 477 previous posts are? You at least should know the basics of modding after being an Evolved member. Keep on searching bro.

Yes we can do leak testing here, there is a cost associated with that though.
