Yes I would T-Bolt them. I've had my UICP blow off a few times in one week using worm clamps. After that, I always ride around with a varitey of tools with me in the car. They rattle in my door sill. One day, I'm going to T-bolt everything down, from turbo to throttle body.

UICP is kinda easy to fix on the side of the road, but a LICP might be more difficult.
