Re-tune for LICP?

Re-tune for LICP?

Will I need a re-tune if I change my LICP?

No, most are the same size as stock (2.5"), even if you got a 2.75" LICP it won't change that much. The stock one is actually pretty descent and you won't see a big difference going to a different one (except it'll look better).

I think you are safe without a retune, however, to really make the most of your mods, a retune is a good idea.

Do some logging before and after to understand if anything changed. If something is thrown out of range then re-tune. But as Moore Auto said, aftermarket LICPs for the Evo X are known to offer zero gains over stock so re-tune probably isn't going to be necessary. That being the case, the LICP isn't necessary either unless it's for show.
