Swapping out exhausts. Re-tune needed?

After some searching I've seen a few different answers. So here's my question. I am currently tuned with an ETS V2 Extreme catback. If I swap it out for a Greddy RS will I need to get re-tuned?

I love the ETS, but it's a little loud for my neighborhood. Also moved recently and am required to have my vehicle inspected by a local sherif prior to being able to register the car here.
