Sneak peak at another Evo drag car!!!!!!!!

Hey guys/gals here is a glance at our (Dogboxracing’s) new shop car.

For those of you who don’t know us we have bin building/racing dsms for 10+ years. We have always set our goals and standards high. Some of our past accomplishments are running a true street driven 1gen 5+years ago into the mid tens on a street tire. Running high 9’s no nos street tire and running 9.0@160 with a 35r powered car.

On to the good stuff. Moving on to join the evo club we bought a 2005 Evo. It has since gone under the knife. With the goal of capturing the fastest evo title and R@D for parts that will be available to the public I know this sounds crazy almost like bringing a knife to a gun fight with lots of good competition out there. But we have done it in the past and will apply what we have learned threw the years.

The car should be up and running in June. We will keep updates coming for all. Please feel free to comment and or make some recommendations.

Alex

Thanks guys it means a lot. Its bin lots of late nights but finally coming together. Its smooth sailing from here out lol.

The car is tubed from the front towers up and from the rear towers back. Not much weight savings but made it easy since the car was bought hit. We are hoping for around 2500lbs. Carbon doors roof etc will come after the car earns it (8.50 or better).
