10% ethanol good or bad?
Oxygenated fuel adds power.
E10 is very common, and is good to use. You probably were tuned on it already, since it's been standard for quite some time now.
These all add power to straight gasoline: Methanol, Ethanol, and Ethers such as MTBE (used in VP Q16)

We just stared to see it around my area i used to get 93 oct from Exxon but now they only sell 91 crap, then a Shell station moved into town and they are the only one selling 93 in town so this is new to me.
And yes, 10% ethanol is a very good thing... There's a reason people do E85 conversions to their cars... because 85% ethanol is 105 octane!
