Something danced around here, but not specifically mentioned... Classes for what? Fat chance of having even 60% of these 1000+hp evos being at the same track and in one piece to race each other. Some would have a better chance at the staying together part lol. As far as a list on evom.... How are you going to relulate that? You can go run nitroethane in your car and nobody will know when you post up the video.
People are taking this stuff way to serious. Most of these cars do not fit in with any class of racing very well. In case you missed it above... I remember when David/Dan cared about import racing. That time is not now. If I am wrong I am sorry, but the black car is mainly meant to showcase the power that they are capable of making. Not blowing up rear ends while trying to get from A to B now is just one less thing to worry about.

yeah i got a rude awakening in my 1st season of heads up racing.. I wish i could sit there on my 2 step for 5 seconds and launch when i felt good and ready but the pro-tree dont wait for noone... Sanctioned racing is not for everyone.. It is alot of hassle and BS but its the only way to make for a level playing field. The weight rules, fuel tests, tires sizes are all what makes it competitive.. None of which can be done for list of Quickest and Fastest Evos on EVOM..
I would say different classes but not because of the rear end I think that once you cut up one of these cars to that point you might as well do the rear, who makes the rules.
Alot of lies are told about weight turbos etc, I don't beleive it unless I see it.
It's funny how in the sanctioned events where the testing of fuel and measuring of wheels and weight of vehicle is checked after every pass takes place the picture is a little different. Evo guys aren't into racing, they are into marketing. You make a pass by yoursef at your home track hold it on the 2 step for 5 mins till you can launch it perfect then bam!!

A friend of mine who was reading EVOm today sent me a PM. He doesn't post much here but has been around DSM's/EVO's for about 14 years.
He suggested we start the "Tin Can Special Class". This would be a seperate class to the "Outlaw" class that has been suggested and will have a place for all the cars that have been completely destroyed from being cut up, drilled, hammered, pop riveted and glued back together. Hell we can even allow duct tape and velcro in that class

Different classes? This is not a racing series it is evom, your fast or your not.... everyone needs to nut up and stop crying like a bunch of girls. Go race your car. If you not fast enough to make a stupid list, get faster don't just create a new list, that is the ***** way to do things.

Another from the northwest has spoken.. I was told it was all of ohio and only BR affiliates that was behind BR yet i am seeing constant posts from the NW and all over that seems to say the same.. i think the tantrum has subsided and things will return back to normal..as the old corny saying goes.. " if you wanna run with the big dogs, get off the porch "..
I am in no way shape or form a supporter of David, but when you have a point you have a point.
I am just stick of the crying and the excuses i am seeing.
