...For making the evo community look horrible!

If you missed it, here is the run down:

A yellow 2003 Evo attempted to make a pass in chandler AZ. Before the pass, the 3 contestants ask about the car. The guy said it was runny 30psi on stock bottom end with race gas. All i could tell about the car was that it had a stock FMIC.
One contestant then turned to the other and stated "can it handle 30lbs?," the other contestant replied "no its gonna come unglued" (or something like that).

The evo lines up, hits 2-step, DROPS the clutch...and thats it. It rolled about 2 feet. and they pushed it off the track.

This guy HAS to be on here.

there have been a couple of threads about Pass Time Evos but that's okay. I've seen about six evos on pass time and none of them pulled a respectable time off given the power stated by the driver.

I was watching the shows last night in hopes of seeing an Evo, but no luck. I guess I missed it when I was flipping between that and UFC. I did see a Nissan Skyline on there though.

 

well if you think about it, it's not the show's fault. i've only seen 2 evo on there and the yellow one was the first one. the second being a 30r turbo silver evo. the yellow evo i think destroyed his clutch which i heard was stock and the silver evo bogged the hell out of the launch so he only ran a 12.8.

we need some one on there that can launch there car and show what the evo can do!

 

So, I guess he killed the t-case?

 

i've seen two one was a yellow stock evo and the guy even said that it wasn't his car and he didn't do very well the second one was a silver evo apparently had a few mods and it was tunned by Jester, also didn't do very well actually it launched pretty bad

 

that silver evo had the 30r turbo on it

 

One of the Tuners on here should apply for the show and give em what an Evo can really do!!!

 

There's also an episode that have 2 black evos racing side by side. Their total time come out to be 24.xx seconds. One of the evo claim to have 600 whp.

It's not the show fault!! It's the driver and high expectation of the evom.

Oh BTW, Buschur will be on Pink all out this weekend. The show will be in Norwalk, OH this Saturday June 7.

 

I've seen the two black evo's, the yellow evo and the silver one. There was also an episode with a 17-18 y.o. with a BBY evo. I would have to say the black one's were the most respectable because one got a sub 12-second run. But other than that I'd like to see someone go on there and show the evo's true colors.

 

i'm pretty sure the guy is on here and he said that he cracked his TC

 

i saw that too. man that was embarassing. i noticed it had a stock FMIC too! and 30psi...?! i was like wtf...
