will a splitter work on my se bumper

just like the title says can you use aplitter with the se buymper? and if anyone has any pics that would be very nice

The bottom of an SE Bumper is the same as a 'non-SE' except for the front 'RALLIART Extensions' I thought. I think you could put an 'APR' type splitter on it...Right?

at what speeds does the splitter help? does it increase fuel consumption?
