Anyone here know where to get Mitsu paint?

Lets say I had an air compressor and spray gun and wanted to respray my bumper instead of taking it to a body shop. How would I go about getting the paint? Will body shops sell it to you? Where do they get it from?

I would just call around to body shops and just ask them if they would mix up a batch for you and sell it to you. You can find your answer in about 10 seconds..

my buddy usually gets it from body shop or else he would have to order the paint himself.

Look up paint supply companies in your area. Try to get the paint code as well and don't forget you'll probably need to do some blending into the fenders and hood. When I wanted to "just repaint my front bumper" they basically wanted to just do the full front end, which would have been fine if I had the money. Clear coat will also be a must as well.

If your gonna do it yourself make sure your prep is perfect. The better the prep the better the paints going to look.
