The IX bumper I bought for my VIII is missing those two plugs also. I understand they're access points for installing the bumper (I installed it yesterday) but there's got to be some replacement caps available somewhere!

 

Got mine from the stealership for $12 each.

Here's my frame...gotta say a front plate is my biggest pet peeve. I was required to have one in CT, and now I'm required to have one in VT...I can't escape this stupid law! Honestly I've been threatening to just take off the front plate entirely and get the holes filled, but I really don't want any issues. I have yet to be pulled over in my life, and figure I'm already pressing my luck with the lovely note my exhaust gives off, so I shouldn't press it any further with no front plate. Plus, its a minor blemish and usually accepted by others as a necessary evil.

But oh how I loathe them.
