Warranty pays 3.7 hrs. If the dealer has the part on the shelf, I'd say it would take the better part of 1 day to replace and clean up under the carpet. And yes, Its a REAL PITA job. Ask the dealer for their "trim guy" Make sure they use the Mitsubishi Long Life Coolant also.

I agree with all the others. It is your heater core. My 1st car was a bit on the POS side and the damn heater core broke and coolant would always leak into the passenger side all over the floor.
