electronic cut-out?

i been looking for electronic cut-outs and i cant find any. i only find the whole downpipe for our car. i just want the flap w/ the electronic stuff so i can bolt it to my 3 studs on my cut out... that way i dont have to jack up the car and lay on the ground to open my cut-out up....

anyone know where you can find anything like this?

I think QTP sells just the electronics and the valve system. Give them a call.

DMH - 180 shipped

4 yr warranty, they're real big on ls1tech

QTP cost the same but only 1 yr warranty

QTP is where its at. www.quicktimperformance.com All the others dont compare. They even care about the evo market. If they did you would see there banner on the side. DMH is not big on ls1tech, its the other way around.
I have the QTP cutout downpipe and it rocks.

QTP makes a nice downpipe with cutout,

but for just a e-cutout,

give me a break, why buy a 1yr over a 4yr warranty cutout when they cost the same?

you need to get tuned right for it
the 2nd o2 is behind where the cut out is, you need to compensate for this
cant just throw a cut-out on and expect it to run normal

Im not sure why it would "knock" like crazy.

granted, freeing up the exhaust means theres less backpress, means there will be a tad more boost. But the stock ecu will compensate, considering that the stock tune is rich anyways. Yes, getting tuned for it would be the best and safest way of installing any mod, but i don't think running an cut-out or open downpipe would cause any harmful side-effects.
