Im happy with my SSL. But I really have never been in a car with out them either. My buddys car was an SSL too.

I never have a problem with hot leather, 15% tint and a windshield screen when its parked out fixes all that.

They do make for easy clean up with sippy cups tho.

just chiming in for the SSL seats here... um, i don't think i've EVER stuck to the leather i mean, these dudes need to shower more often if that's a real issue. I think the leather is comfortable. I'm definitely happy with the SSL leather and seats. The GSR seats are nice too though, just get whichever is cheapest.

I love the SSL seats. I'd trade my GSRs in a second.

too much sliding around in the leather. the VIII GSR seats actually grip you alot better than the IX ones. especially with those weird little rectangles in the seats.

What crack have you been smoking?? The X seats are cheap, uncomfortable, and look gay. I have a hard time even calling them Recaros.

Order goes like this: IX/SSL > VIII > ........ > ........ > ........ > X

I love IX seats, I put them in my VIII. I sat in the SSL seats as well, I like the red stitching on them. At the end of the day, it really comes down to personal preference. Really I dont think you can go wrong with either.

BTW, I have a set of clean front and rear VIII seats for sale. If someone is interested, PM me.

I haven't driven with the gsr seats in winter yet but I'm betting the suede will warm up faster than leather...

I traded my SSL seats plus cash for VIII seats. I like them a lot better and I think the person who traded with my liked the SSL better, so it was a good deal.

I have an Electric Blue and the VIII seats make for a really pimp color combo. Plus, I have heard that the VIII seats offer the most support.

are you comparing this to your sti?

if so then i have to disagree with you on that. i went for a ride in my brothers sti for a 2 hour ride and my back was killing me but a few months ago i went for an 8 hour ride in an evo and my back didnt feel near as bad as it did just riding for a shorter time in the sti
