Have you heard of these things called "wheel speed sensors"? Another way vehicle spd can be calculated (of course that is not their only function usually)

 

Hmmm, they make those pretty failsafe, so you dont have this happen... something is whack

 

got to luck electronics...... very reliable but when they fail lol they FAIL

 

exactly right but i never drive it much its not my dd. but i think the sensor that plugs into the trany that counts the teeth is bad???i could be wrong though anyone else hear of this prob before? weird thing is though if im not pushing on the gas most the time it works fine but its almost every time im even rollin now. speedometer just goes where it wants dam thing!

 

i would take it to the dealer but they would prob just charge me an arm and a leg and not do i thing!!
