what should be my next mod? I daily drive my car and don't ever use the sunroof. I do commute back to Dallas every month, and (four hour trip) my back takes a beating. I autocross once every two months. The CF roof would lighten the car substantially but costs about $1600 installed. The other option is bilstein shocks and swift springs (1,000 installed). Last option is to wait until I completely finish school in another 4 years and purchase a new M3.

 

if u're using the Evo as an DD, get the suspesion setup...at least 10x better ride comfort.

bilsteins + swifts is heaven. you drive a lot so you owe it to yourself to do that.

 

If you were gonna spend some money on a suspension, why not go talk to robbi spec and have some real fun.

Forget the Spring / shock combo. Get some full coilovers! The adjustability is really a benefit for u since u autocross. You can get some decent sets for under $1500.
