Sounds like he may have a lot of money tied up in parts and is trying to recoup some of that loss. If those mods are also your chosen mods then I think Its a good deal. If not, then I would try to find one for less money. I've been evo searching for weeks and I would say that price is higher than average. If the car is everything you want it to be color, options, mods, and you have the money then go for it.

 

so guys, I decided to pick up the friends black evo VIII, and to find that it comes with Navi, and alot of stock parts. im quite happy. thanks for all of the advice guys
