need input

so i plan to run a aquamist on my evo ix and i hope to put down some impressive numbers but i need to know what clutch would be the best to put the power down without putting stress on the tranny or wil it be fine on stock oh btw i dnt launch my car

Exedy Twin HD Cerametallic. No, the stock clutch won't hold all that torque for long.

will it cause the tranny to malfunction like gears engaging to hard etc

Why would it? I'm not sure where your concern is coming from. What you're asking is not a normal question. This is the most used clutch on Evos. It wouldn't be used and recommended highly if it had wierd problems like that.

ohh well only reason i asked was a fellow evo owner/friend said a strong clutch is to powerful for the tranny

if Warr says you're fine, you're fine. I'm not sure what you mean with "gears engaging hard", but long as you don't abuse it, you're not going to be putting enough power to kill the tranny.
