anyone on here rally-out their evo?

so im looking at an evo for my next car, i hope to be getting one in about a month. and because i live in the mountains with dirt roads everywhere, and snow on the ground 90% of the time in the winter, i want to make it tough and able to perform well on snow and gravel.
literally everywhere i drive in the winter im drifing around, there are so many mountain passes and curvy roads, and about half of them are dirt.
ive seen some sti's legacy gt's, one evo, and a 2.5rs that were kinda rally style, the 2.5 rs i saw had like some sort of exterior roll cage on the outside, mostly covering the front bumper, and the lower part of the side skirts, and it looked rino-lined on the bottom like 6 inches of the car. and it looked higher than stock, and beaten to hell. its one of the coolest cars ive ever seen.
not that i plan on going that far with my evo, but i do want it to be more rally oriented.
like skid plates, 16, maybe even 15 inch wheels if they will clear the brakes, maybe dirt coilovers, etc..

so does anyone on here have an evo like what im talking about? or know of someone with one, or know a good place to go for parts?

Im pretty sure a stock evo will be fine for rallying. But you could go all out if you really want to

I've driven mine over the top of the Chiricahuas (about 4800ft to 8800ft climb) in Arizona a couple times, and out to my folks' house which is like 20 miles of dirt road a bunch of times. Get mud flaps for sure and you can still expect to say goodbye to some of your paint. And those front spoilers are LOW. I kept scraping them even when I was taking the washes at a diagonal...

(By no means rallyed-out, but I do have front mud flaps, lol...)

I wish there was somewhere around here for me to take the evo offroad. Every trail around here has DEEP ruts from the rednecks in their huge trucks.
