Oil Coming Out Of BOV

So a buddy of mine noticed oil coming out of the BOV and in the UICP of his IX. Has anyone had this happen to them or know why this could be happening. I saw the oil in the UICP and he did a run and when he came back we could see oil around the outside of his BOV.

I would agree, there's an overflow line just before the turbo, I had some oil sitting in my FMIC when I changed it out.
