New build or alternative?

Well, my 03 has about 87,000 miles on her and I'm having a few issues. I'm trying to figure out the right thing to do.

Issues: Very small leak in the head gasket. I'm adding about 3-5 ounces of antifreeze each month. Alky kit is goofing up on me. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Thank gosh for the AEM. Stock engine has 87,000 miles on her. Right now, she's at 400whp on the BR dyno.

So, I'm stuck between building the engine or looking for an alternative. I'd go to a 2.0 block and stage 3 head if I built and stay with the Green. All BR of course. I'd also like to tune on E85. My only concern with this is the money. I just moved and bought a new home so I'm not full of cash like I'm use to. I'd also have everything professionally done so install adds into the equation.

So, in my particular case, I think the right thing to do is build. If I fix, I'm still at 87,000 miles. If the engine were to blow, I'd be out even more money considering the core charges if needed.

What other alternatives are there for me or should I just go the build route?

Thanks for everyones input!
