It is possible the seller could have boxed up the wrong cam. Before calling him out try and resolve the issue and definitely get a mod involved asap. If that fails post all his contact info that you have.

 

Just opened a dispute on Paypal.

However Seller agreed to send me a money order by tomorrow.
He stated the person he bought his car from threw in the HKS cam and told him it was brand new.

I'll wait until tomorrow, and if I do not receive payment I will post up his name / and thread on EvoM.
