DV Flutter
I use a Synapse Synchronic and with the almost infinite adjustability of it I was able to very nearly eliminate all flutter. Very slight if I induce it intentionally. Since it has a boost reference and a vacuum reference if it does open at the soft setting I have it on, it is so little that you can't tell. In order for me to induce flutter I have to be in 5th gear less then 2500 rpm and make some throttle inputs that I would never make in normal driving. Let me know if I can help you in any way.

The Synapse has adjustable preload on the spring so I am not sure what the spring color would relate to how I have mine setup. I do have mine set up more on the soft side. The stock turbo spools up pretty quickly for the airflow it is capable of so it is a little difficult to deal with. I ran the IX MR DV for a little while but then went back to the stock plastic one until my Synapse got here. As stated earlier you can run the stock one (plastic) at lower boost pressures up to about 22 psi but then you start running into issues with cracking, and leaking.
