Has my car been repainted?

Found some white paint on the black rubber hose inside
the door.... anyone else got that?

The hose is located in between the front and rear doors on the
driver side...

Thanks

I've got some on my rubber seals on my doors
it doesn't look like spray paint, it looks like something has dropped on it.

I have some on the trunk rubber as well I think.

Ahhh.. I know what you mean now...
The paint doesn't look like it's been sprayed... but instead it looks
like someone simply drops paint on it.

(1) even if it WAS repainted, thats prolly good.... i mean it cant be WORSE than ****ty mitsu paint to start with.
(2) could be wax... i think its prolly just some sort of overspray. Its new, right?

Found two spots that looks like paint...

Looks like drops of paint... not wax... I couldn't rub off the paint
with my fingers...

Looks like overspray... it really doesn't look as bad as in the
photos... the flash emphasized the paint a bit too much...

Sometimes manufacturers put a little strip of paint on certian parts of the cars to let techs know if something has been molested... Look at your engine bay, there's all kinds of little paint marks on bolts and connectors... Maybe that is what it is...

just a thought but they could be using is as an identifier, to make sure the right parts get put in the right places... kinda like color coding the parts and their locations... of coarse i have no justification of this, but it makes sense

The guy who washes my car told me that my rear bumper was repainted because it feels rough and looks like a orange peal. He told me that its obvious and if I take it back to the dealer they will give me money for it. So im not sure what to do either.

That there is overspray. Looks like it may be been damaged and fixed. As long as it didn't fall of a truck it should be ok. But take it back and see what they say or give you for it.
