Differences between evo8 and evo9 headlights

Hi, I still look for hid headligts to my evo9 but no luck. I saw some evo8 headlights
on market place, what is real difference between?

The EVO IX headlights have a black chrome housing and the EVO VIII headlights have a chrome housing.

If you are talking USDM headlights then yes you can use IX HL on an VIII and vice versa. Only plug problem that I know of is if you want to use JDM lights on a USDM car.

Yep if you want the JDM MR headlights you'll need the 9006 plug kit with it to splice into the stock headlight plug.
