with all do respect, car doesn't look worth a velvet painting of a whale and a dolphin gettiin it on. lol

Sorry to see that, glad to see your ok, like te others said I would try to get your mods off and maybe seek away with anything else that seems to be in good condition. (tail lights, int. pieces.)

Good luck with everything, again I'm sorry for your loss.

Suing him for the price of the mods is a risky try. Sometimes you win sometimes you don't. I would def. buy it back, but it's up to the insurance company as to how much they want to sell it back for. My friend had his IX MR totaled and it only had about 10k on it and they offered to let him buy it back for 5k, but all insurances companies are different. He was able to take the parts off his car though (didn't buy it back). Same happened to me when I got in a wreck in my 1st car. It was totaled and I was able to get my sound system (head unit, 2 amps, sub and box).

I'd offer the judge a Benjamin to kick him (Mr. F-150) in the ***** after this is over...

sorry to hear about the stabbing pain you are having in your neck, but I'm sure it'll be better in a decade or two...

if they give it back to you for a good price
you should be able to profit from your loss
infact if you do buy it back ill take the injectors
and maybe the cams for a good price haha.

id say buy it back...and im sorry to hear about
your loss. i also had my car for about a month
and crashed it. they replaced the rear clip on
the car but im sure yours is totaled.

First, have an inspector/adjuster from a body shop come and look at it and write up a thorough estimate for repair. They will be able to tell you if there is an SERIOUS frame damage.

If you have an area to store it for a while you may be able to piece it back together from used parts you get off here for MUCH less than the estimate. Of course you'd have to have a frame shop pull it straight and a body shop paint it. If you can rebuild it for $10-13K total, get a salvaged title, and then sell it for $16k you could make a little $$.

It's all up to how much time you are willing to put into it. . .

Sorry to see this. It makes me sick every time I see an wrecked Evo. Good luck!

i mean you could kbb it or look on www.cars.com and that could give you an idea. But to answer your questions Evos do have good resale value and the price of an 06 evo 9 mr depends on how many miles are on it and the dealership you find it at.
