Check out the pics of the build and some random customer pics. Link to photo bucket http://s291.photobucket.com/albums/ll293/DogboxRacing/
Well after constant questions about our shop car we are giving a rare inside look of the build. Many out there only show some details of there build.
This car is using a ford 8.8 irs rear. We wanted to use the stock suspension. It is a methanol motor utilizing 13-1 comp. Gt 42 turbo. we have done all the fab work in house including chassis/ cage. The brakes are brakeman(if anyone is interested we are a dealer) and a work of art. They are under 15lbs per corner.
We will not have the car ready for the shoot out. It was held up at paint for over a month. The paint is amazing . The car should be complete by the end of the mouth.
Questions and comments are welcome.

Thanks for the comments. The reason for the stock suspension is r@d. we want to make the sock suspension work. It would have bin easy at this point to go to a ladder bar or 4-link. Although we have the intension of trying to have the worlds fastest evo 8/9 we are building it to learn. Also we are and have bin paying close a tension to detail.
Not to take anything away from some of the other cars out there but take a close look at how cut up and thrown together some of them are.

so what is the deal with those brakes.....i've seen them on a rabbit set up for auto-x once......
the rotors seem to have almost no surface area to clamp down on.....how do they work (well) and why the wavy design
and yes, that i think is the most bad **** evo-to-be i think i've ever seen...
