Had mines for months. Have 6000 miles on it and haven't seen another evo except at dealer and my own. Weird...I know they are out there!

 

Never Only in my garage or at the dealer.

 

Since picking mine up in May, I've only seen 1-yellow and 1-black one on the road. No STi's on the road yet. Even at the Gulf coast SCCA run yesterday, I had the only EVO. But at least 4 WRX's out playing.

Where do u see the blue EVO? I live in central and till date I have seen only two on the road, a Yellow and a Red. I have a black, which I see every day.

I saw a blue this saturday on Route 50 in Delaware on my way to Salisbury.

I see very few. I have seen a yellow one and a blue one driving around, but only once each. This is since they came out. I see three everday but they're still sitting in the dealer's lot so they don't really count. I don't actually see that many Lancers either though. Just a few here and there.

 

Have yet to see another on the road. Was told that a red one was spotted in a local mall parking lot. Local dealer has several on their lot. I think Mitsu is having trouble selling the remaining Stock. The dip in sales may reduce the projected number that ships next year. I thought that @ 6500 Evo's were going to be brought to US and @ 3500 STI's. Funny how I have seen both a white and a black STI in the wild at different times and not another EVO. Did Mitsu overproject the demand? Subaru may have had better marketing data from the initial WRX intro. While I am able to find STI's on dealers lots, I am able to find alot more EVO's.

 

I finally saw my first Evo in the wild on Sunday. A yellow one in the hills down by Fresno. Looked mean. I lke the yellow. I have 8k miles since May 1, all around the bay area, Sacramento and down the Valley to Fresno, and took me this long to see my first wild Evo. side note: Was at the Nissan dealer looking at trucks Sunday and had 5 salesman gathered round my car oooing and ahhhing over it. My wife was kinda irritated.. she was like "enough already, its 100 degrees outside, can we just go!" One kinda arrogant guy says" ****, I'd take a Z over this anyday", and the other sales guy looks at him ans says "I guess you really like the view of the Evo's *** end then, don;t you"... he got all pissed and went inside (to cry I guess?)

 

I have only seen 2 besides mine since March. That doesn't include the organized get togethers. I would think I would see more than that in DFW.

 

I have had my car since the first allotment arrived in St.Louis in mid March. I have put 9200 miles on my car so far and not to mention the miles I have put on my other vehicles, and have only seen a total of four Evo's on the road. One silver spotted in North county a couple of months back, a black one early last week on highway 40 near brentwood blvd, then a silver one on 94 in St.Charles this past week as well. Oh and I see a white one frequently parked at clarkson and clayton where someone must work?

Anyway sightings are slim in the St.Louis area....and i think thats Ok with me! ;-)
