Installed LEDS and now my dash lights won't go on ( Speedometer, Tach, ect)

I install LEDS on my key ring, cigs, hvac, acd, fogs, dimmer, ect. I never touch the dash lights and now they will not turn on. I checked my fuses and they all seem fine. What could be the cause of this, being that I never messed with the dash lights.

i bet the leds are installed backwards, take one out and turn it 180 and put it back in, see if that does the trick, i had a similar issue...

I don't know how but they just starting working again. All I did was check the fuses and they all seemed fine. I guess one of them was loose...?

Thanks, that would have been bad driving 2000 miles without them!
