whats the sensor next to the coil closest to timing cover? PICS

hello all, this is an easy one, im wondering what the plug that is next to the coil that is closest to the timing cover goes to? a sensor of some sort? if so any idea what its called or even better yet a part number? see pics below. thanks in advance!

ahh i see, so should there be a patch cable between the o2 sensor and that connector or should the sensor's cable be long enough to plug directly into that plug?

the o2 cable is long enough
