Can an evo 7/8/9 headlamp without foglight be adapted to work with foglights if I have the sockets?


If yes, is there a procedure in doing this modification?

 

Yes it can be done.

Once you get the healights opened cut out the block off then fiberglass & bondo the mold to the hole you cut. After that you have to smooth it all out by sanding down.


Or you can put a set of projectors in there and that would be way more easy as you dont have to do as much.

I dont have like a walk though design for you my friend does them for all kinds of cars but i no longer talk to him. So your best bet would be to search on the internet and look for a forum about projectors or hid planet i know alot of people show you how to do them on my cars things you need to get the job done & how to make sure it gives out the right light output.
