I need a car gift. something less then 100$ something along the lines of a catch can or short shifter ect ect. but he already has those. any other ideas? possibly diff bushing or hardened engine mount? shifter bushings? it's for an evo.

he has the black ralli art knob already. Are shifter bushing hard to install? where exactly do they install? Do i get the underhood ones or what?

How about some Looney Tunes floor mats.

 

The under hood ones, but you might be able to get both for under 100 (can't remember the exact pricing). They are cake to install, but getting to them is a little more work. Pulling the battery is the biggest thing. One trick to get the rubber bushings out is to pull the savior pin, take off the washer, put the pin back in and pull the cable off the bushing. Little lube wouldn't hurt either. Then the new ones just slide in, very easy.

 

underhood shifter bushings for sure. They help a lot with the shifting feel.
