Also, doesn't ISC stand for Idle Step Controller, or is that just the old DSM name for it?

Take off that aftermarket BOV...... or at least this problem makes it seem like you have one. Its literally verbatim for a stalling problem because you have an aftermarket BOV on it.

IF YOU DO, buy a 9mr Stock BOV/BPV (by pass valve)

Idle Speed, Idle Step. Same difference. Main thing is in order to properly adjust the BISS Screw this sensor needs to be turned off.

I'd imagine thats once EVOScan is disconnected it'll go back to normal function
