Mine ran fine in n/a. My licp came loose while I was cruising and I had no tool so I decided to drive home. Its was about 15 miles away. Got home in about 30 mins. Just don't get into boost and you should be fine.

 

In all seriousness ^ is correct I have driven with the MAF unplugged a few times from blowin pipes off and didnt have a problem. Just dont boost. Tools in the trunk FTW!
