Anybody know where I can find a replica of this lip in something other than carbon fiber. I am looking to paint it to match the car and would rather save some money for paint that cover up carbon if possible, assuming non carbon would be cheaper.

never saw it in anything besides carbon fiber... for what it's worth, i got mine from "baysonr" on ebay for $300 shipped to my door... holding up great for almost 6 months now.

might want to get a cheap one and paint that.
