I am so glad to not live in SoCal anymore. I was very lucky not getting pulled over except for 1 time while parked on Rodeo drive for having my business vanity plate instead of my California plate. With how insane SoCal is now with modified cars my E8 would be illegal 100x over if I still lived there. Childhood goal of living in SoCal one time in my life achieved thankful to no longer live there.

I have fun every time I visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.
now that my electrical gremlins are gone, I'll be testing out a cheapo light weight battery. I've added a battery switch on it too, which looks kinda weird . the round cap covers the (+) terminal
Well maybe thats nothing special but I bought my IX without trunk upholstery so I bought some non-OEM Lancer one and made some cuts to fit battery etc. Looks better than I thought for 10 $

nice! I don't have the tire or cardboard so can't put anything nice back there.

cool looks neat. i was going to get something like this but i realize i need something I can slide my plastic bin on. maybe adding some carpet matting on that would work
sent my stock manifold out to have the runners, plenum, & tb ported to match my 65mm galant tb. also to have it tapped to give my hobbs its own boost source.
decided to ditch my hobbs switch idea and went with the speed circuit secondary trigger, shorten the vacuum lines to make things a little neater, finished up the nrg ops wire tuck too, & switched from a radium dmr to a aeromotive a1000.
Installed a JBL Basspro Hub, thinking the low center of gravity, modest 200 watts RMS, easily removable and solid chassis mounting with a M10 bolt was the perfect Evo sub.
Turns out our (or maybe just mine?) spare trunk floor is kind of creaky at really loud volumes. I don't think there's a fix for this.
With the help of @ripnet i got my SFP Trigger set up properly yesterday, today was consumed with going through wiring diagrams to find why fuse22 pops when the secondary solenoid is connected. Double checked my relay for the second fuel pump to make sure it’s wired properly, only other culprit would be it’s shorting out on the somewhere in the engine harness between the connector and the ecu. So tomorrow when I get home from work it’s wire tracing time.
