Gas tank won't stop leaking?

I just drained my gas tank to get the E85 out and put 94 in for the winter but for some reason, I can't get the tank to stop leaking. It's a very slow leak, a drop every minute or so. The bolts aren't stripped and are very tight. Is there something that might work to seal the bolts up? Something like plumbers tape?

Thanks for the help!

Mike

Had the same problem a while back, the washer was damaged from draining the tank many times. Changed the washer problem was fixed.
